Entry tickets are valid solely for access to the event venue.

Tickets include access to the Food Zone, Games Zone, Music Performances, and the Balloon Show.

Entry does not include food, seating, rides, or any other paid segments within the venue.

Children under 12 years do not require an entry ticket.

Seating is not guaranteed, unless specified with special tickets.

Outside food is not allowed, except for baby food and hot water flasks.

Hot air balloon activities are weather-dependent; the event schedule may change or be canceled due to unfavorable weather or wind conditions, at the pilot's discretion.

Prepare for this outdoor event by bringing foldable chairs or ground sheets, if needed.

Please carry a valid ID proof for verification.

No refunds will be issued for purchased tickets, including cases of rescheduling or weather-related changes.

Security checks, including frisking, will be conducted at the management’s discretion.

Prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, knives, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, and musical instruments, are not permitted and may result in removal from the venue without compensation.

The sponsors, performers, and organizers are not liable for any injury or damage caused during the event. Any disputes will be subject to legal proceedings in Chennai courts.

Entry may be denied to individuals in an inebriated state.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse late entry to the event.
