2 weeks Brush Lettering Course with Artist Angelus Amy Mondal

Dates: Class 1 - 1st October (Thursday)

         Class 2 – 6th October (Tuesday)

         Class 3 – 8th October (Thursday)

         Class 4 - 13th October (Tuesday)

Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Fees: Rs. 2200 per head (for all 4 classes)

Level: Beginner

Age group: Ideal for ages 12 and above

Structure:

Recommended for anyone who wants to learn the art of brush lettering. The following topics will be covered over the course of 4 classes:

Day 1 

Introduction

Materials available (Pens and Paper)

Making Guidelines and understanding Line Terminology

Basic Drills

Day 2 

Lowercase Alphabets (Group Wise)

Joining Lowercase alphabets

Word formation 

Day 3

Guidelines for Uppercase

Uppercase Alphabets (Group Wise)

Word formations

Day 4 (An extra sheet of paper will be required for this day to do the final artwork)

Shadows, Highlights and blending techniques

Adding a background with brush pens

Composition + Writing A quote

Materials required:

• Print out of the worksheets (Online pdf to be shared by Amy)

• Extra print outs of the guide sheet (Online pdf to be shared by Amy)

• A set of brush pens (Any brand) To be arranged by Art Rickshaw

• Extra sheets of loose paper or a notebook (Ruled/plain)

• Pencil, Eraser, Ruler

Materials can be delivered to your doorstep at MRP + delivery charge (depending on location)

Please note:

• One has to register for all 4 classes. Class will be taken online on ZOOM. Link to be shared before the class.

• Once registered money cannot be refunded (can be adjusted with another class)

• In case one cannot attend a particular session a recording of the same can be provided

• Dates and timings cannot be changed
