The end goal is to get you hooked onto a better way of living. The workout program is tried, tested, and proven to get results, all you need is your mobile phone and your journey begins!

• Live Classes: Kunal & his team will conduct the same daily workouts LIVE on Zoom in two batches everyday (8.30 AM and 7.30 PM), so you can workout with constant supervision with no room for error.
