These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of online event tickets for the Tamil Nadu International Kite Festival 2024 (TNIKF). By purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Ticket Types:

1.    Adult Entry Pass:

·      Valid for the full carnival for one day.

·      Food, beverages, and games are not included.

Note: The Kite Carnival is a beach event. Seating or chairs will not be provided. Please come prepared with sunscreen, an umbrella, and other necessities for hot weather.

Individual Day Passes:

·      Each day requires a separate ticket purchase. Tickets are valid only for the specified day.

Refund and Transfer:

·      Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

·      No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used tickets.

Carnival Schedule:

1.    Entry opens daily at 2:00 PM.

2.    Carnival closes at 9:30 PM (21:30).

3.    Music/DJ starts at 6:30 PM.

Conduct:

·      The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any individual whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming, without refund or compensation.

Program Changes:

·      The promoter may add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.

Image and Likeness:

·      The organizer may use visitors' images or likenesses in any live or recorded video display, photograph, or picture from the carnival venue for promotional purposes.

Event Changes or Cancellation:

·      The organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control. No refunds will be issued for tickets in such cases.

Security Check:

·      The pass holder agrees to cooperate and undergo security checks for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled substances, dangerous substances, illegal substances, and recording devices.

Kite Flying and Weather:

1.    Timing for kite flying and shows may vary according to wind conditions and weather.

2.    In case of rain or bad weather, Flyers will try to do their best. No refunds will be issued for tickets in such cases.
