Smoked Tur Daal Samosas: the vegetarian cousin of our signature dish, this one is stuffed with smoked tur daal, coriander & flavored with jeera masala.
Na-real kebabs which are surreal and made with a desiccated coconut, potato mash and a hint of chilli.
Cheese Corn Cutlets:
Soft kebabs stuffed with mashed potatoes, grated paneer, corn and lots of cheese.
Paneer in Red Masala:
Soft chunks of paneer cooked in a special red bohri masala!

Patveliya: Patra leaves coated in besan, steamed then deep fried with a special tadka.
Daal Chawal Palida:
Smoked tur daal pulao, served with a gravy made from its own broth, filled with juicy dudhi and drumsticks. Accompanied with baingan bharta & papad.
