About Chef Will:
Born and brought up in Washington DC chef Will Aghajanian started cooking at the age of 13 with chef Eric Ziebold. He has spent time working at chef Ronny Emborg's Aoc, Manresa, Mugaritz and Perse. Recently, he and his wife chef Liz Johnson opened a restaurant called Mimi in New York. His style of cooking is trying to find the highest quality of ingredients possible and trying to bring out their inherent flavour.
