Aadar Malik
A child prodigy who started performing at the tender age of 7, comedian, musician, and actor Aadar Malik was born to rule the stage. His reign is best encapsulated with his 2016 Amazon Prime Video special, “Stand-up: The Musical” which saw him bring all his talents to the stage in a mega celebration of talent and funnies. Being a trained actor with over 10 years of experience in Indian theatre, Aadar lives to perform for audiences across the world. He was also trained in music at the prestigious Trinity College in London, and his composition ‘Goat Song’ was shortlisted at the Worldwide Comedy Short Film Festival, London, and was a viral sensation on social media. Aadar has also started his own YouTube channel which focuses on Musical Parodies, garnering over 100K subscribers. The most popular video on his channel (by far) is the chart-topping “Bh*nch*d Sutta Cancer Ho Gaya” with over 4.6 million views. Through all the work with the likes of Toyota, Great Learning, and Cadbury, Aadar never forgot his artistic roots, making his International acting Debut in the 2019 French film “Sun”.
Ramya Ramapriya
Ramya Ramapriya is, in her own words, doing amazing work with her fans and therapists alike. An English comedian from Bengaluru who moved to Mumbai to complain about Mumbai, she has found herself as a writer for a future Netflix show, a past Hotstar show, and a host of Amazon prime shows. Ramya, who doesn't have an official last name, was first discovered by audiences on Amazon Prime Video's Comicstaan Season Two and has since put out her first stand-up clip on Youtube (over 5 million views), and multiple one-woman skits on her Instagram @RamyaRamapriya. Inherently a live comic, she has toured the country with Kenny Sebastian, Kanan Gill, Rahul Subramanian, and Anubhav Singh Bassi and performed in Bengaluru, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Nagpur, and Mumbai.
She was invited to perform at the prestigious Melbourne International Comedy Festival last year which was one of the million things to die due to some obscure bat virus. In 2021, she has planned her first India-wide tour which is also a side-quest to find an answer to “What’s your favorite holiday destination?” You can find her on chrome, safari, and Firefox under Google.com
Shankar Chugani
Although his IG handle claims he’s “HalfAComic”, Shankar’s career came full circle in the five years between him first watching Abish Mathew on stage in 2013 and performing with Abish in 2018. Now six years in the scene, you can find Shankar working the crowd at open mics in Bangalore after very well-received performances on the first season of Amazon Prime’s Comicstaan. He has worked in Theatre and has been performing across the country for a few years now. Mostly in Bombay and Bangalore, because those are the places he likes the most. Check out more about the things he has done so far.
Shreeja Chaturvedi
Shreeja Chaturvedi is a comedian, writer, actor, and content creator. Famous for her straight face and animated hands, Shreeja was a top 10 contestant of Comicstaan Season 2. She has been active in the Mumbai circuit for over 2 years and considers herself a full-ish-time comedian. Mostly known for limited facial muscle movement, her dream is to someday have her own show in an auditorium where she jumps into the crowd after landing a punchline. The crowd goes wild screaming her name and comes at her with their bare chests to etch her name on.
