Yoga can help improve physical fitness, keep you cramp-free during your period and alleviate any pain or discomfort. Join us for a calm, relaxing yoga and chanting session to bring your physiological system back to its natural harmony.
Facilitators:
- Ravi Shankar, Yoga Instructor
- Sheela Shankar, Yoga Instructor
No prior experience of yoga or chanting necessary. Participants should be in loose and comfortable clothing, and should have a yoga mat, or a rug on which to do the asanas.
A course sheet containing the sequence of asanas practised, and a sheet with the chant text will be distributed to all participants.
