Event Access:

1. Event Date & Time: 10th November Sunday 8:30pm IST

2. Access Link: You will receive the Zoom/streaming link via email from Insider 24 hours before the concert. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

3. Login Details: Use the email address provided during ticket purchase to access the event.

How to Join:

1. Zoom App: Ensure you have the latest version of the Zoom app installed on your device (phone/tablet/laptop).

2.Joining the Event: Click on the event link, which will redirect you to Zoom (or the streaming platform). Log in using your registered email and password if prompted.

3. Login Time: Please log in 10-15 minutes before the event starts to ensure you are connected and ready.

Technical Requirements:

1. Stable Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable and fast internet connection to avoid interruptions.

2. Audio/Video Settings: You can enjoy the concert with headphones or speakers for the best sound quality. You may turn your video on/off based on your preference (depending on the platform).

3. Device: We recommend joining on a desktop/laptop for the best viewing experience, although mobile devices will work too.

Event Etiquette:

1. Mute Your Microphone: Please keep your microphone muted during the concert to avoid background noise.

2. Chat and Interactions: Feel free to use the chat feature to share your thoughts or ask questions during appropriate times.

3. Recording: Recording or sharing the live event is not permitted.
