Flying from one of the worlds best Para-gliding site, with hiking and accommodation taken care off for a stress free weekend.
Day one Introduction and meeting at the beautiful para-gliding landing site in Bir at 11am on 22ND December, from here we accompany you to your accommodation facility, which will be a local family run guest house. Post assisting you with your checking in formalities, we will meet again sometime late in the afternoon for a nice and relaxed walk to a hidden waterfall,which will take us through timeless Himalayan villages and beautiful sites of the Dauladhar range. Our day one activity will end here with a nice sunset over the valley at the landing site.
Day two and we push the adventure notch just a little higher today. You will be provided a comfortable hired vehicle to take you to Billing take-off site, which is at a mountain top at an elevation of 2500 meters ASL. At Billing we take a 15 min break , have a cup of tea and watch a few para-gliders launch, here our pilots will be ready for you with our wings to fly off the mountain , providing you a once in a life time experience and a video recorded to treasure these memories for a lifetime. After a nice easy flight and a very happy landing. We share the HD recordings with you for you to share them over social media with your friends
Day three we start the day post breakfast, this will be an easy hike in the shivalik range to MataMaheshwari temple, which is an ancient site. From here the views are super stunning offering us panoramic views of the Dauladhar and the shivalik range , loads of rewards for an easy hike as such. On descent you will be treated with traditional Himachali lunch (Dham) , and then hike back to Bir colony. Day four we met again for a nice and relaxed walk through the pine forest taking us to one of the biggest monasteries in the Kangra region, here we soak in the unique Buddhist Tibetan culture nestled here in the Indian Himalayas followed by a visit to a beautiful line of Gompas to complete our circle of purification and thanksgiving..
We will close this day by 4;pm, so yo have enough time for packing and wrapping up to go back home, with loads of fun memories until we meet again..
