Running:- 5 KM, 10 KM, 21 KM.

Cycling:- 10 KM, 21 KM, 42 KM.

It is a virtual event, and you can run or ride at the venue of your choice. You will be provided with the link once you register yourself. You can record your activity and share us via- Google form. Data will be submitted once your activity is completed. Participants will get e-certificates, e-photoframe, and e-Medal.

GUIDELINES:-

1. This is a virtual run/ride event.

2. A Participant can run/ride anywhere in the world indoor/outdoor.

3. A participant can run/ride on 1st December 2020.

4. Complete your activity between 5:00 am to 10:00 pm Hrs on 1st December 2020.

5.Runners can record their run using a mobile phone with apps like Strava, Map my run, Google Fit.

6. The leaderboard will be updated and certificates will be issued based on your submission.

7. Run/Ride data to be submitted through a google form which you will receive in WhatsApp Group on 30th November, once you will register you get group link.

8. Runners/Riders will receive the certificate mentioning the actual distance covered by them.

9. Please ensure that you are running the distance chosen by you.

10. Click 2-3 Images Of your run and submit on google form only for the e-photoframe.

11. Run data can be submitted on 1st December 2020 before 10:00 pm hrs post that no more run data will be accepted.

12. Only single entry from one participant will be allowed. Multiple entries will lead to cancellation of participation. However, in such cases, the decision of the organizer will be final by all.

13. A link to download the E-Certificate will be shared after verification of running activity within 3-5 working days.

14. A link to upload a picture of yours during Run/Ride and activity data will be provided before event day via registered WhatsApp mob no wherein participants are supposed to fill details, Upload picture and Screenshot of activity.

15. Note: We request all the participants to follow the Government guidelines to prevent Corona spreading like Social distancing, Mask, No handshakes during the run/ride.

The Certificate will be sent to you within the 3-5 days of the virtual Run & Ride.
