"अमृत रसवादन - आन शान दोनों जरुरी "
Amrit Rasvadan, as the name suggests, is the flow of music that is divine. Indeed, Amrit Rasvadan, takes its audiences to mystical and godly journey through the music belonging to Indian Art and Culture. The motto is – Stay connected to the roots, propagate the purity of our heritage, connect and own it.
Amrit Rasvadan, under the banner of JMV Global Foundation, has successfully been organizing musical series since 2016 to not only encourage and activate the artists to take Indian Music to bigger platforms but also to bridge the gap existing between the Indian Classical music and the younger generation.
This year, due to lockdown and pandemic situation, we are taking the concert to a virtual platform. It is also an effort to support our artists who are going through tough times amid covid-19 pandemic. It is a step to help our artists, who are also the flag carriers of our country, taking Indian Classical Music to global platforms, preserving our heritage. The money generated through this programme will be used to help artists who are in need of money and they have no alternate source of income.

He arranged the music for quite a few number of plays and in the year 2010 he finally achieved a milestone when an album named "Smritir Nirobotay" consisting of six bengali songs of his own was released. He got attracted to the Baul-Fakiri philosophy of Bengal and its
mystic lyricism. Premangshu formed a group named "Fakiri" that pledged to use traditional instruments to deliver the mystical Baul-Fakiri music in its original form to the listeners. He took up the dotara, a traditional instrument of Bengal, to
accompany himself in his new journey and started exploring the
instrument in his own way. His experience in Hindustani Classical
music and his love for Baul-Fakiri music blended into his own unique
style of playing.
