Join us for a 3 days traditional Ashtanga Yoga experience through classes led by renowned Yoga Guru Sharmila Mahesh, granddaughter of Ashtanga Yoga founder K.Pattabhi Jois and daughter of Saraswathi Jois. Sharmila Mahesh teaches in Mysore in her grandfather K. Pattabhi Jois's Shala (Kpjayshala.com) and also in her Bangalore Shala (Kpjayshalabangalore.com). Sharmila Mahesh and her mother Saraswathi Jois teaches thousands of yoga students who travel half the world to be guided and led by them at the famous Shri K. Pattabhi Jois shala, Mysore. They conduct an innumerable number of workshop all across the world. 

This is the first time that Sharmila Mahesh is coming to Noida for 3 days workshop to be conducted at Bishram Yoga Shala in Noida. We welcome you to take part in this workshop and rediscover your full potential at all levels of human consciousness – physical, psychological and spiritual. 

For whom?

Anyone interested in Yoga as a way of life can join the workshop. This workshop is mainly targeted to help you achieve the perfect balance for mind & body. If you are a Yoga enthusiast or Yoga practitioner or Just a beginner in practising Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga is for you.

Schedule

October 11, 2019, Friday 6:30 am – 8:00 am – Day 1 Ashtanga yoga primary series

October 12, 2019, Sat 6:30 am – 8:00 am – Day 2 Ashtanga yoga primary series

October 13, 2019, Sun 6:30 am – 8:00 am – Day 3 Ashtanga Yoga primary series followed by a conference where you can put your questions directly to the Yoga Guru Sharmila Mahesh and get your answers from her. An open house led discussion forum with the participants through Q&A.

All 3 days classes will be led by Yoga Guru Sharmila Mahesh

Fees

Workshop fee is INR 11,000/-, this doesn't include accommodation, food, travel or any such expenses that may be required by the candidate for attending the workshop.

Limited Spots

There are limited spots available on a first-come-first-serve basis and we recommend you book at the earliest.

Gear

Please bring your own yoga mat, napkin and wear comfortable and breathable yoga clothing. Please carry a spare set of yoga clothes and towel each day just in case you want to change after the class.

Photos

We will be providing individual & group pictures of you with Sharmila. Mobile phones and taking notes are strictly not allowed in the practice venue during the Class. Kindly do not take selfies with Sharmila Mahesh.

Parking

There is limited parking at the venue. Please factor enough time and reach 45 mins prior to the class.

Pre Registration and Registration

We will be having Pre-registration on 10th October between 4-6 PM at Bishrams Yogashala.

Please arrive 45 mins before the class for those who are not able to pre-register. The class will begin at 6:30 AM sharp.
