About

This meal will introduce you to some amazingly lesser-known dishes of Bihar. Chandana is a cook par excellence and will be cooking a spread consisting of authentic Bihari dishes like Litti Chokha, Kachri, Chicken Goolar Kebab and a lot more. The meal will be served on a traditional patal leaf as is done traditionally. So come and savour the real taste of Bihar!

A Bihari delicacy with the very healthy "hara chana" or green gram

The most famous culinary export from Bihar now! Served with traditional accompaniments like Aloo Chokha, Baingan Chokha, Tamatar Bharta, Dhaniya Chutney & Garam Ghee.

Stuffed brinjal with dark and mysterious flavour of Kalonji (Nigella)

We make this with thinly cut pieces of potato & parwal.
