Join Authenticook home-chef Vipula at her dining table to relish a unique Kashmiri meal.
Born and brought up in Jammu, Vipula hails from a Punjabi family and has learnt Kashmiri cooking from a Waza and places a lot of importance on maintaining the authenticity of flavours. The meal will be served buffet-style and on steel plates, just the way it is enjoyed at any Kashmiri home. Special mention about two dishes - Khatta Meat and Rajma. The Khatta Meat is a delicacy and a must have. The tanginess of the meat is not a result of either tomatoes or curd - but rather her secret recipe. On the other hand, Rajma is prepared using the local kidney beans of Kashmir. Relish these tasty dishes, Dum Aloo, Tabakh Maaz, Yakhni and more!
