Your Coorg tour package begins in the late evening as our representative picks you up from convenient locations in Bangalore:

Travel in an Non-AC Tempo Traveller / Bus(according to the group size) for a comfortable overnight journey to Coorg.

Day 1:  Coorg Sightseeing

Check in to the stay.

Wake up early, Have Breakfast and get ready for the day

Mandalpatti Peak – Off-road jeep ride (Jeep charges are not included)

Cover Abbey Falls witnesses the white water cascading down the boulders at Abbey Falls, a place where serenity roams in the air.

Madikeri fort

Relish the flavours of delicious lunch (Self Sponsered) at around 2:00 PM Lunch (At an additional cost).

Raja’s Seat Viewpoint – Head towards raja’s seat viewpoint, a place that offers panoramic vistas of the verdant valley covered in the blanket of clouds aloing with Sunset view.

Reach back Stay before 8:30 PM

Day 2 :

Visit Dubare Elephant Camp near the beautiful Kaveri River where you get a chance to interact with the elephants in their natural habitat. Feeding, bathing along with some adventure activities is organized at the camp.

Next, head towards Nisargadhama deer park and give yourself a chance to get in touch with nature.

After spending a wonderful day have your lunch at Kushalnagar in peace by around 2:00 PM(At an additional cost).

Tibetan Monastery – Golden temple.

Departure starts from Coorg around 6:30 PM -7:00 PM

Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as shopping, snacks, or souvenirs are not covered in the package.

Anything Not Mentioned in the Inclusions: Costs related to any services or items not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions are not included and should be covered individually. Please keep these points in mind as you plan your trip and budget for any additional expenses.

ID Proof: (Aadhar or any other government-issued ID) – Please carry a valid identification document.

Reusable Water Bottles: Carry at least 2 litres of water to stay hydrated during the trip.

Namma Trip reserves the right to rearrange or change the itinerary for reasons that are beyond control like Natural calamity, weather conditions, road blocks etc.

Expenses are caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, and vehicle malfunctions. Political disturbances etc.

Any sightseeing point that is not completed due to time constraints, traffic, natural calamity, travellers starting late, permits issued late or any other reason beyond control, Namma Trip does not take the liability for a refund or a discount.

Any expense of a personal nature is not included in the package.

The above-mentioned prices are tentative and can be variable as well depending on the real-time availability.

NOTES

Cleanliness is Our top priority. Please do not throw trash out anywhere in the open.

Your equipment and equipment distributed are to be carried by yourself, like bags, sticks, etc.

As you are exploring nature, don’t expect luxury. Washrooms are only available at the hotel campsite (you reach the hotel/campsite for breakfast).

You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destination to destination.

Namma Trip is not responsible for misplacing/loss of any personal belongings.

Cancellation Policy:

0-15 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided; 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

15-30 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternative feasible solution. However, a refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subject to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Terms & Conditions:

To organize a trip we need at least 10/12 participants.

If the minimum number of bookings is not met, we will offer an alternative trip or provide a refund.

Make sure to book your slots before 3 days of departure, if not your bookings will not be accepted.

Namma Trip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings, valuables, jewellery, etc.

We have designated pick-up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.

We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

Nammatrip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event.

Any client consuming alcohol, misbehaving, causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given. Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back, Nammatrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants.

Cancellation / Refund is done by the third party based on their policies.

Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue.
