Exploring and honouring its rich heritage, Bira 91 International Curry Week comes to Mumbai's Mizu on April 21 with Chef Lakhan Jethani crafting a special menu for the occassion. The iBar and Mizu Izakaya co-founder will reflect the Japanese techniques and philosophies he picked up on his travels a relaxed menu to be enjoyed alongisde India's first rice lager, Bira 91 Rise.
