Exploring and honouring its rich heritage, Bira 91 International Curry Week comes to Gurgaon's Petitie Pie Shop on April 15 with Chef Vanshika Bhatia crafting a special menu for the occasion. The London's Le Cordon Bleu-trained and Together at 12th co-founder, the chef-prenuer will draw from her travels to North-East India, highlighting its authentic flavors with a comforting accessible menu to be enjoyed alongside India's first rice lager, Bira 91 Rise.
