Bollywood Dance Workout with Dancamaze

Hey Everyone!

During these times of crisis, we have decided to take Dancamaze online so that we can bring the joy of dance to you from the safety of your own homes! Our live dance workout sessions have been running for the last 8 weeks, and now we have collaborated with Paytm Insider so that we can reach even more of you!

Get ready for an intense cardio workout to your favourite Bollywood tracks and work up an appetite for all the delicious food you’re probably cooking!

Session Information:

  1. The session duration will be 40 minutes. It might extend 10 minutes if required.
  2. The session will comprise of a non-stop dance-along workout with a cool down at the end.
  3. The session will take place exclusively on my page on Instagram Live, @dancamaze.
  4. This is a beginner level workout, so everyone is welcome and encouraged to join in.
  5. Make sure you have a water bottle with you during the session.
  6. I recommend dancing with sport shoes as the flooring in our homes can be hard on our feet.

About Me:

I am a choreographer, dance instructor, and a YouTube creator with nearly 100,000 subscribers. I started Dancamaze in 2016 purely out of the passion of teaching dance! We have been successfully running dance classes at our own studio in Mumbai and have taught thousands of students! We all need to stay indoors, and what better way to pass the time than staying active and getting an amazing cardio workout!
