1. Tickets are valid only during the Summer Play campaign and for the specific time slot selected at the time of booking:

Afternoon Slot: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Evening Slot: 4:00 PM –12:00 AM

2. Entry is strictly allowed only within the selected time slot. If you arrive outside the allotted time, the ticket will be considered invalid, and the system will not scan the QR code.

3. Wait time – In-house waiting for bowling alleys and lanes would apply.

4. Reach out to the cashier and ask about the waiting time for bowling before availing the pass.

5. No two offers can be clubbed.

6. Afternoon tickets are not redeemable in the evening slot and vice versa. 

7. This coupon is not transferable.

8. Amount paid cannot be redeemed for food & beverages.

9. All issues related to tickets will be resolved by the District only.

10. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

11. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

12. Customers are expected to follow all safety and game rules as instructed by the staff.

13. Misconduct or property damage may lead to removal from the premises without a refund.

14. Please present your District e-ticket at the venue for entry.

15. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

16. Game sharing is not permissible.
