Breathwork Meditation with Mindhouse
Combining over 15 breathing techniques, our breathwork class has been designed to enhance your mental well-being by using your breath as a tool. In this class, you intentionally change your breathing pattern through a carefully curated sequence of breathing exercises which focus on your inhaling and exhaling patterns.
Rhythmic breathing exercises practiced in the class enhance your focus and improve your overall brain health by promoting the growth of new neural connections. The deep breathing exercises help trigger a relaxation response in your body, lowering your heart rate and blood pressure, making you feel calm and relaxed.
Things to keep in mind:
- Wear loose and comfortable clothing (you don’t need workout clothes).
- For the best experience, please connect your device to headphones or speakers.
- Please hydrate yourself well before and after the session.
- Keep at least a 1-hour gap between your meal and the session
- If you suffer from severe heart issues, severe breathing problems or have very high blood pressure, please do not attend this class
