Terms & Conditions

1. The Contest is being organized by BIPL
2. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or, associated with Facebook and, or, Twitter in any manner whatsoever
3. You are an Indian resident of at least 25 (twenty five) years of age and you hold a passport valid for a period of atleast 1 (one) year from the date of commencement of the Contest. You will need to apply for or have a visa to Australia to make the trip
4. The Contest is open to the residents of India, who follow @BreezerMusicCDs on Twitter and like @BreezerIndia on Facebook and answer the questions of the contest as set forth therein
5. To enter and participate in the Contest you have to follow "@BreezerMusicCDs" on Twitter and Like Bacardi India on Facebook, and answer the questions of the Contest as set forth therein
6. Every correct answer to the contest questions shall count as an entry into the contest that qualifies the participant for the Grand Prize. The only way to participate in the contest is to answer the contest question
7. The winners of the Contest shall be picked by judges based on the most creative answer given in response to the contest question
8. The results of the Contest shall be announced on “@BreezerMusicCDs” on Twitter and Breezer India and Insider.in on Facebook. The participants of the Contest shall be required to check the results on the said digital platforms. No intimations to the winners of the Contest shall be sent individually by BIPL or Insider.in
9. To claim the prize of the Contest, the Contest winner shall be required to provide his/ her name, proof of age(25 and above), twitter handle, email address and postal address in an email to contactus@breezerindia.com and help@insider.in
10. BIPL shall make arrangements for and provide solely to the contest Winner and three eligible friends of the following: (i) flight tickets for the travel by air from India to selected country/city and back to India on an airline selected by BIPL. 
(ii) hotel stay at selected country/city for 3 (three) nights and 4 (four) days in a hotel selected by BIPL. (iii) Local transport in selected country/city from the airport to the hotel and other locations in selected country/city as per the Breezer SoundHike trail itinerary (iv) Food and beverage allowances as per diems or meals as decided by Breezer Soundhike. (v) Visa process facilitation with the relevant visa issuing authorities in India and subject to the said authorities granting a valid visa for the duration of the music festival to the Contest winner. (vi) all other expenses incurred by the Contest winners, other than as specified above, shall be borne by the Contest winners themselves and BIPL shall in no manner whatsoever be liable to bear or reimburse the Contest winners for any expenses incurred by the Contest winners.
11. Only the Contest winner and their three eligible friends in their individual capacity are entitled to the prize benefits of the Contest set forth herein to the exclusion of their spouse, family, relatives friends or any other person whatsoever
12. The Contest winner and his/her selected three friends agree and acknowledges that the granting of the visa for visiting Australia is the sole and absolute discretion of the Australia visa issuing authorities and subject to their evaluation to their absolute satisfaction of the identification and credentials of the Contest winner and selected friends. If due to any reason whatsoever the Australia visa issuing authorities in India do not grant the Contest winner and selected friends a valid visa for visiting Australia for the duration of the music festival, then in such event the Contest winner and selected friends shall not be entitled to the prize of the Contest and selected friends as set forth herein and further, the Contest winner and selected friends shall not be entitled to any other alternative prizes or benefits in lieu thereof. Contest winner and selected friends to arrange for Australia visa on their own
13. The Contest winner cannot transfer the prize awarded to the Contest winner to any another person in any manner whatsoever and can only be shared with the three eligible friends
14. The Contest winners and selected friends will be required to sign receipts, affidavits, bonds, indemnities, agreements and, or, such other documents as BIPL may require the Contest winners to sign at the time of announcement of the prizes and the Contest winners will be finally decided subject to, including without limitation, verification by BIPL of the Contest winner's eligibility to enter and participate in the Contest and the Contest winner furnishing an undertaking that they shall comply with these Terms & Conditions of the Contest
15. The Contest is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of BIPL or any subsidiary of Bacardi & Company Ltd., its agencies, and distributors
16. BIPL reserves the right to disqualify a Contest winner in the event of any misbehavior or misconduct with the fellow Contest winners and the decision of BIPL in this regard shall be final
17. The results of this contest shall be final and binding. In case of any dispute the decision of BIPL in its sole judgment shall be final and binding upon all
18. All disputes relating to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only
19. This Contest prize shall not be exchanged or redeemed in form of cash or any other gift item
20. BIPL reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest and the terms & conditions at any point of time without assigning any reason or any intimation whatsoever
21. Winners shall be solely responsible for the payment of applicable taxes and insurance costs to the concerned authorities in respect of the prizes as may be required by Law prior to the delivery of the prizes.
