• Breakfast: The C&B package comes with a complimentary breakfast & welcome drink.

• Scenic Locations: The camping areas are strategically located to offer stunning views of the surrounding valleys, mountains, and paddy fields. This allows campers to wake up to the serene beauty of the Ziro Valley and enjoy a truly immersive experience.

• Basic Amenities: While the C&B facility encourages attendees to stay in tents, the camp organisers provide basic amenities such as clean toilets, showers, and drinking water points within or near the camping areas. These amenities ensure that campers have access to essential facilities throughout their stay.

• Security: The camp organisers prioritise the safety and security of all attendees. The camping areas are usually monitored by security personnel to maintain a safe environment. However, it is always advisable to take the necessary precautions and secure your belongings.

How to reach? (There is a lot of misinformation around this information in the online space)

Mainly travelers take the 10:30 PM train from Guwahati to reach the early morning around 6 AM Naharlagun railway station. From there they can board sumo which takes approx 5 hours to reach Ziro. The road is a rollercoaster ride.

There are some official permits one requires to be a part of the festival. These include:

1. Inner line Permit: Indian citizens, excluding natives of Arunachal Pradesh, need Inline Permit or ILP to enter any place in Arunachal Pradesh. The ILP can be acquired either online or can be obtained from the Government Authorities of Arunachal Pradesh whose offices can be found in Kolkata, Delhi, Guwahati, Shillong, Tezpur, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, and Lakhimpur.

2. Protected Area Permit: All foreigners traveling to Arunachal Pradesh require PAP or Protected Area Permit. This can either be acquired from All Indian Missions abroad or the All Foreigners Regional Registration Officers (FRRO) at Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata or from the Chief Immigration Officer, Chennai or the Home Ministry, Govt. of India or Home Commissioner, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar.
