About the Event

Whole food plant based cooking online workshophop

Millets are nutritious, light and easy to digest and gluten free. They are great for the environment too as they require minimal water to grow. Millets are tiny grains that are power packed with nutrition. They also contain good amount of fibre, various vitamins, phytochemicals and minerals.

Millets are truly special. We invite you to this class to discover how you can incorporate them in your daily cooking and that too in a delicious and healthy manner!
