Day 1 :- Delhi – Haridwar Drive210 km
Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic information start your journey to Haridwar. Check in to hotel. Evening visit Har Ki Pauri and Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay at Haridwar. (Meals: Dinner)
Day 2:- Haridwar – Barkot Drive205 km
Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic information start your journey to Barkot. Later drive to Barkot. Check into the hotel arrival in Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot. (Meals: Dinner)
Day 3:- Barkot - Janakichatti - Yamunotri - Jankichatti - Barkot ( Drive 35 kmTrek12 km Alt 3235 m )
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti. Start your trek from here to Yamunotri (6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost). After arrival at Yamunotri take bath in warm waters of Surya Kund (Hot Spring). Enjoy Darshan of"Yamunaji". Return trek to Jankichatti. Later drive towards Barkot.Overnight stay at Barkot. (Meals:-Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 4:- Barkot – Uttarkashi Drive100 km
Morning after breakfast, relax for a while. Later drive to Uttarkashi. Visit Shivgufa on the way to Uttarkashi. In Uttarkashi visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. After that, check in hotel. Day free for rest. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 5:- Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km each side) Drive200 km
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Gangotri. On the way visit Gangnani Hot Spring. Take a holy dip in Kund. Later drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later return drive to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 6:- Uttarkashi – GuptKashi Drive220 km
Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini River comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 7:- Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath Drive30 kmTrek14 km
Morning after breakfast, today we will go to KedarNath. To reach KedarNath you will have two options. One if by trekking and other is by Air via Helicopter (at your own cost).
Important Information: Please Read
By Helicopter: Morning our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you both pick and drop to hotel. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket. Advance booking is highly recommended for the helicopter.
By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5 kms drive to Gaurikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost. Gaurikund to Kedarnath is further 22 Kms trek.
After reaching the Kedarnath visit Kedarnath Temple. Check in to the hotel/ashram. Visit Shankaracharya Samadhi. Overnight stay at Kedarnath. (Meals: Breakfast)
Day 8:- Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi (Trek22 km Trek22 km)
Morning after breakfast explore nearby areas by walk at Kedarnath. Later reach Guptkashi as per your choice by trek or Helicopter.
By Helicopter: Inform the driver when you leave for Kedarnath about your approximate return time and helipad name according to ticket. Our driver will pick up you from helipad and transfer you to your hotel.
By Trek: Inform the driver approximate return time. Once you reach Gaurikund from Kedarnath by trek you can take local jeep till Sonprayag. Our driver will meet here. Due to parking issue keep driver’s contact number with you and call him when you reach sonprayag so he can pick up you. if his contact no. is not working then you have to arrange other taxi or wait for your driver.
Gaurikund to Sonprayag local jeep at your own cost. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse / Pony / Palakhi is also available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests can book that at own cost.
At arrival check in to hotel in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi. (Meals: Dinner)
Day 9:- Guptkashi – Joshimath – Badrinath Drive220 km
Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Overnight stay at Badrinath. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 10:- Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag Drive160 km
Morning enjoy the after breakfast, drive for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Visit on the way Darshan of VishuPrayag, Narsingh Temple in Joshimath, KarnPrayag and NandPrayag. Check into the hotel arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 11:- Rudraprayag – Rishikesh Drive160 km
Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel. Transfer to Rishikesh. On the way visit Dev Prayag. Check in to the hotel in Rishikesh. Evening visit Triveni Ghat Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay at Rishikesh. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 12:- Rishikesh - Delhi Drive240 km
Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel. Later visit two famous Suspension bridges Laxman Jhula & Ram Jhula along with surrounding Temple-Ashrams in Rishikesh. Drive for Delhi. Drop at Delhi Hotel / Airport / railway station. (Meals: Breakfast)
PACKAGE INCLUSIONS :-
Meal – Breakfast & Dinner (Veg meals on Fixed Menu) .
Transportation from Delhi to Delhi (for the designated meeting point). – Air Condition will work only from Haridwar to Haridwar via Tempo Traveler, AC will not run in the hills.
· All toll, tax, parking and driver allowances are included.

· Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc.
· Any activity not mentioned in the inclusions
· Pony charges on direct basis.
· Travel / personal health insurance
· Other expenses incurred due to bad weather, road closure, landslides etc. and anything not specified in cost included.
Note:-
· Charges for AC / Heater will be extra and as per hotel to hotel basis.
· AC will not operate on Hills. Ac will only operate from Delhi – Haridwar & Haridwar to Delhi only.
· Government Service Tax (GST) will be extra only.
· Vehicle Charges are inclusive of all toll taxes / parking and driver allowance.
Prior Hotel Bookings is a must.
· Carry Heavy Woolen Clothes including Sweaters, Woolen Thermal Body Warmers, Trousers, Jackets, Gloves, Caps, Mufflers any other Cold Fighting Apparel.
· Also Wind Sheeters, Raincoats, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Water Proof Shoes with sufficient Grips, small Water Proof Tents, Torch with sufficient Batteries and Walking Sticks should also be carried. Ladies are advised to wear Body Hugging Clothing like Salwar Kazmi, Pants etc instead of Sarees.
· Carry Dry Eatable Stocks with you like Biscuits, Sugar, Candies, Chocolates, Milk Powder, Assorted Dry Fruits, Honey, Lemons and Tinned Foods with other items suiting your palates.
· Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as Pony (Horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
· Only Registered Pony Walla, Porter, Dandy Man may be hired as they are available for prefixed tariffs.
· While Trekking, Trek slowly and steadily.
· Instructions of Yatra officer should be strictly followed. Respect customs of locals.
· You should Carry sufficient Money to pay for your Personal Expenses during the journey.
· It is always advisable to carry your own Personal Medical prescribe by the doctor if you are ill, or can take some medicine like painkillers, iodex etc.
· While hiring Pony / Doli / Local Laborer if Tea / take care of them also so they provide better services or take more care of you.
Don't:
· Don’t throw wrappers of snacks, Biscuits etc. on road or in the Forest Trek during journey it you eat anything that keep the wrappers in your pocket and throw when you find dustbin.
· Places where Warning Signs be careful.
· Don’t break Traffic rules in the hills.
· Heavy jewelry and other expensive ornaments during journey.
· Don’t go to the Rivers on the way.
· Alcohol/Non-veg is strictly prohibited.
· Don't compete with local vehicles / drivers while driving. They know the terrain very well.
Terms and Conditions :
· 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
· Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.
· Check In / Check out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon)
· For Cancellation please refer to our Terms and Conditions available at our booking office.
· Rooms holding shall be for a period of 72 hours only.
· The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only

- Cancellation within 20 days of check in : No Refund
- Cancellation between 20 days and 30 days of check in : 75% refund of total booking amount
- No refund applicable on mid stay cancellations
- Cancellation refund will be processed in 30 working days
- No cancellation or modification is accepted for group having 10 or more rooms
