Let us go back to the beginning. We were foraging nomads that one day, some ten thousand years ago, decided to settle down, grow grains, rear animals, make alcohol and eat cheese. Get an in-depth understanding of cheese in this 4-hour Cheese Education Masterclass where globe-trotting cheese and dairy consultant Aditya (Addie) Raghavan will take you from the fresh to the aged, the mild to the funky. helping you understand how we have these myriad expressions of milk. The class will involve a thoughtful tasting spanning at least twenty varieties of cheese, a fun demonstration of Addie's popular Paneer a la Minute and will end with patrons stretching their own mozzarella balls to be enjoyed with interesting accompaniments. You will leave equipped with a wealth of knowledge about cheese, its history, the flavours, how to serve it with other foods and a generous introduction into the world of artisan cheese making.
Almost all cheeses consumed in the class will be vegetarian. If any cheese is made with traditional rennet, we will make sure to let you know.
