All guests should abide by following TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* Only couple & girl stag entries are allowed via guestlist on a "first-come-first-served basis" until maximum guestlist can be taken by the venue. General guestlist cut-off time is 10 PM but on peak days, we may close guestlist early as there is limited guestlist available at the venue.

* Entry fee for Couples on guestlist is fixed at Rs.2000 per couple with fully redeemable cover on f&b inside the club. For girl stags on guestlist, there is Rs.1000 per person entry charge with fully redeemable cover. On Ladies Night events, Girls on Guestlist may avail free entries up to 10 PM.

* Male Stag entries are not available via guestlist and are subjected to a lot of factors such as venue capacity, profiling, cover charges for particular gigs, etc.

* Guestlist entries are allowed only if this confirmation text is received by a guest through official Club Naila's contact no. mentioned here : +919610330004 / +919610330005 or through official e-mail address mentioned here : clubnailaindia@gmail.com. Strictly No Screenshots and/ or No forwarded messages will be entertained at the Entry Door. 

* Guestlists/ Tickets/ Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be resold.

* We shall have no liability to you to refund the purchase price of a Ticket/ Pass in any of the circumstances where this Event is cancelled.

* We reserve the right in our reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothings, bags and all other items on entry and exit of a Venue, to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event or to other patrons or that are in breach of the Ticketing Terms and/ or to refuse admission and/ or to refund the Ticket face value.

* Guests aren’t allowed to carry outside food, liquor, cigarettes or any kind of illegal drugs to the venue.

* Guests may be refused entry or ejected from the Venue if, being (or appearing to be) drunk, incapable, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, under-age, abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, declining to be searched or in breach of any of the Ticketing Terms or the Terms and Conditions of the Venue.

* There are to be no pass-outs or re-admissions after you exit the gates of a Venue (after entry) and you will not be permitted to re-enter the Venue.

* Venue doesn't serve liquor to under-age guests and/ or on dry days as per the state government excise policy.

* Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Venue. By entering the venue and / or attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded, and that your name, voice and likeliness may be broadcasted, displayed or distributed (commercial or otherwise) without any compensation being paid to you.

* You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, whether occurring before, during or after the Event, and you waive any claims for loss, damage, personal injury or death against Naila Resorts and Hotels Pvt. Ltd., Barcelona Kitchen Inc, Sincity Carnival Private Limited, the management of Naila Resorts and Hotels Pvt. Ltd., any agent of Naila Resorts and Hotels Pvt. Ltd., the performing artist(s), participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any person accompanying you or for whom you purchased a Ticket.

* These Guestlist & Ticketing Terms cancel and supersede all prior negotiations and previous agreements, understandings and arrangements, whether written or oral, between you and Naila Resorts and Hotels Pvt. Ltd. or Sincity Carnival Private Limited or Barcelona Kitchen Inc or any of its agents and/ or contractors.

* All guests need to follow all existing government guidelines, covid 19 protocols and no mask | no entry policy.
