• When and where will Colors Gujarati RangRatri take place?

• Is there an age limit for the event?

Tickets needs to be purchased for 10 years and above. Any government picture ID proof will be required upon attending the event and will be checked at any time on the venue grounds.

• What is the dress code for the event?

Traditional clothes are compulsory to wear in the dance area, casual clothes will only be allowed in viewing area.

• How and where do I get my wristbands/tickets?

Tickets are to be collected from the Ticket Booth/Box Office at the venue over the period of the event (15thOctober 2023 to 23rd October 2023). 

You will need photo ID proof, print out of the confirmation email from Paytm Insider & a letter of authorization, BOTH from the cardholder (if the card used to purchase the ticket is not yours). 

Entry - pass / Wrist bands will be given upon handover of the ticket. We would also need a bank transaction receipt if you have booked the tickets through 'Online Banking'.

• What can I bring into the event?

The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to the event site at any time. Any bags brought into the event will be searched upon entry. The following items are prohibited and will not be allowed into the venue:

- Weapons, explosives, firearms, glass bottles, aluminium cans, hazardous and breakable materials 

- Fireworks, lasers, flashlights and anything else that can interfere while the artists are performing.

- Professional DSLR, recording devices, video equipment that have not been pre-approved.

- At the artist’s request, all unauthorized recording will be prohibited. (Illegal filming and/or recording will result in legal actions).

- Illegal items will be confiscated at the gate.

- Alcohol, food, bottles, cans, glass, animals and sound systems may NOT be brought onto the event site.

- No camping gear of any kind will be allowed into the venue.

- Flags that are used to identify your group may be brought in, but discretion is advised when constructing or designing these items, as they may sometimes be considered dangerous.

- No Helmets will be allowed inside the event.

• What documents should I bring if I have booked a ticket through a friend or parents’ debit or credit card?

Printout of the confirmation email from Paytm Insider, Photocopy of Debit/Credit card used. Photocopy of Valid Photo ID of the debit/credit card holder Valid Photo ID of the person using the ticket. 

• Is re-entry allowed once on the event premises?

No re-entry.

• Will event goers be allowed to stay overnight at the event?

No, event goers will not be allowed to stay at the venue overnight. Once the event ends, the grounds are cleared.

• Will I be able to purchase food and beverages at the event?

A wide variety of food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for the duration of the event, supplied by various vendors at the event.

PLEASE NOTE: You may NOT bring your own food or beverages into the event area.

• Are there restroom facilities on site at the event?

Yes, there will be sufficient restrooms for both men and women on the event grounds.

• What are the ticket options and information?

All tickets are sold through Paytm Insider app and website

A bar coded ticket (printed or correctly displayed on your phone) will need to be presented along with identification upon entering the event.

Please note booking fees apply to all tickets.

• Will I have to be present at the venue when the tickets are being collected?

Yes, you will have to be present at the venue when collecting your ticket. The only exception will be made if you have used someone else's credit card to make the purchase - you will need an authorized letter from the credit cardholder.

• Can I buy tickets using cash?

Yes, you can buy your tickets in cash from the box office. 

• Can I buy tickets for friends?

Yes, but please ensure you have your friend’s email address ready when purchasing tickets. Ticket orders will only be completed once every ticket holder’s details are complete; this ensures the authenticity of your tickets as well as improves the security of the event.

• Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?

All tickets purchased are strictly non-transferable.

• How can I pay for my tickets?

Via Debit/Credit card or various other services available at Paytm Insider.

Don’t forget to print a proof of payment in case we need to track the payment and use the correct reference as provided. 

• What do I do in case of duplicate payment taken? 

Duplicate payments have occurred, usually as a result of the buyer refreshing the payment page during the payment process. If this happens please email Paytm Insider with a copy of your bank statement showing both transactions and the refund will be processed.

• What is the ticket cancellation/refund policy?

In case any patron buys the tickets/passes and subsequently the Event is cancelled for any reason by Organizers, then Paytm Insider shall make refund* of the net amount (excluding GST amount and any handling charges/convenience fee/ service fee and/or other lawful charges) shall be issued to relevant patrons to the same online mode of payment as used during booking within a reasonable time. The refund shall be at the sole discretion of Organiser. No request for a refund in any event or situation, except as mentioned hereinabove, shall be entertained including in case of any rescheduling and change in details of Event. 

*Refund is subject to the following conditions (a) in case of Early Bird Single, Early Bird Couple, Early Bird Group of 4, Phase 1 Single, Phase 1 Couple, Phase 1 Group of 4 passes, refund will be issued only where that particular day of the Event could not be conducted (b) in case of an Early Bird Single, Early Bird Couple Pass, Phase 1 Single, Phase 1 Couple categories of tickets/passes for the Event, where all days of the Event could not be conducted
