About the Event
KCC is introducing Colour Me Happy, a year-long series of drawing classes to facilitate students of all ages to learn basic ideas about the practice of visual art.
This art class aims to educate the participants about the stages of artistic development in children as well as adults. Drawing stimulates cognitive development and enhances various skills while promoting mental well–being. The drawing process stimulates the brain, improving the ability to perceive and interpret visual information, and the creative ability is enhanced through the drawing skill. This drawing class will serve as visual language transcending cultural and linguistic barriers, allowing individuals to convey their thoughts and emotions. It will help adults to reduce anxiety, stress, and symptoms of depression offering individuals healthy personalities for emotional expression and reflection.
