About

On popular demand and with Navratras around the corner, COMMEAT's Bong Veg Trail is back with Ayandrali.

Bengalis are, by popular belief khaddo rosik or in English, die hard food lover. Moving beyond the non-vegetarian spread, Andy will be showcasing an array of vegetarian delicacies. It’s common tradition that the first course of a Bengali meal or the prothom pat is always ghee and a bhaja, before one proceeds to the dal and torkari (vegetable curry). As any Bengali will confirm, the Rannaghor (kitchen) is always the best part of the house.
