About the Event
A wildlife safari at Corbett National Park is something that you should definitely avail while you are in Uttarakhand. The territory spreads over 520 sq.km and comprises thick jungles, marshes and flat grasslands with numerous rivers and streams flowing through the park. The reserve also has a large lake, acting as an important source of water for animals.
There are reports claiming that the total number of species of plants and trees here are over 600. The most prominent wild creatures to make the region their home are tigers and elephants. Apart from these, leopards, several species of cats and deer, black bear, crocodile, gharial and many other animals can be spotted here.
