Assad Khan, Heer Shingala, Akash Mazumdar, Sakina Bharmal, Shashi Mukherjee and Mallika Bajaj will be your Improvisers and Praneev Atram will be your host for the evening!

There will be a surprise guest appearance as well.

About The Artists:

Assad Khan is the PRODUCER of this show. He is a pure Improviser who has no interest in stand-up comedy, acting or just about anything else, in general. After realizing he is not going to do anything noteworthy in the field of Real Estate and Land Trading, he finally decided to do something he's most comfortable at. Ever since he was a kid, he had a knack of making jokes on the spot, based on whatever situation he is in. He loves laughing and also loves making other people laugh. He has learnt the art of improvisational comedy from the Queen of Improv - Kaneez Surka.

Heer Shingala is the Queen of 'Title Of Your Sex Tape' jokes. She's a writer, tea drinker, chips eater, and meme maker. When she is not writing for brands, she is hunting down people who use the semi colon inaccurately. Her favourite song is Thank You, Next and hates single-use plastics coz environment is BAE. She believes that the universe is a cruel, uncaring void and the key to being happy isn't a search for meaning, but to keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually, we'll all be dead.

Akash Mazumdar is someone who is not at all new to Improv comedy. He started Improv at the age of 6 when he first gave an exam without any preparation. He has consistently made people laugh even when he was serious. Eventually, he decided to make people laugh on purpose. Many say he is too weird to stay on Earth and NASA is still looking for a planet that is made for him.

Sakina Bharmal is a hardcore Mumbai girl. Apart from enjoying Improv, she is a corporate consultant, Yogi, cat lover, Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons. When she is not training people with suits and ties, she is seen doing cartwheels at supermarkets on weekends apart from whipping up some amazing burnt water. She has learnt the art of Improv from Improv Comedy Mumbai.

Shashi Mukherjee has always been the funny guy in his friend circle, doing impressions of actors, teachers, friends, relatives, and neighbours. He has taken to Improv with an effort to channelize that into stage performance. A true blue introvert, he takes either time or alchohol to open up. Shashi has worked as an actor and writer with TVF, Being Indian, Shemaroo Youth and RVCJ Media. Currently, he hosts a chat show on Digital Commentary where he interviews actors of the digital industry.

Mallika Bajaj - she's cute, she's smart, she's funny and she can kick ass. After quiting her stable tech job, she now acts, models, teaches yoga, does AD jobs, theater, slam poetry, rap AND is an Improviser. Having studied and grown up all over the country - (defence kid) - she's adaptable and tries to use that during her shows. She knows comedy can be brutal, but she's still a softie deep down inside.

Praneev Atram (the host of this show) is very serious about fun. In order to justify the rent he is paying in Mumbai, he started exploring the art forms this city has to offer including Acting, Clowning and Stand-up. Currently, he is proudly settled with Improv Comedy which allows him to create and live amazing moments. He loves being on stage and finds his dosage of serotonin by making others laugh.

This show is the first show of Creating Humour's 2020 Mumbai City Tour.

We'll be having one show every month starting with Fort this month, and then Lower Parel, Bandra, Andheri (west), Andheri (east), Malad, Kurla, Powai, Mulund, Thane, Vashi and Kharghar.
