4) 12.30 - 1.30 pm: JAZZ FUNK

## 1.30 - 2.00 pm: Lunch Break ##

5) 2.00 - 3.00 pm: KIDS DANCE

6) 3.15 - 4.15 pm: BOLLYWOOD DANCE

7) 4.30 - 5.45 pm: LATIN SOCIAL DANCE

8) 6.00 - 7.00 pm: BELLY DANCE

WORKSHOPS DETAILS

1) 9.00 - 9.45 am: CHAIR YOGA - For those who can't workout, or work on laptops whole day, we have your back 

Age Group: Typically 60 years +, but also for those who work all day sitting down.

2) 10.00 - 11.00 am: YOGA - Start your day with a rejuvenated body & mind. We are mat about it!

Age Group: 12 to 60 years

3) 11.15 am - 12.15 pm: ZUMBA® / BOLLYFITNESS - Get set to burn a lot of calories while also toning your muscles in this high energy fitness party.

Age Group: 12 to 60 years

4) 12.30 - 1.30 pm: JAZZ FUNK - Get your groove on as we do some Street Jazz dancing on peppy music. Brings out the Pop-Star in you!

Age Group: 12 to 40 years

## 1.30 - 2.00 pm: LUNCH BREAK ##

5) 2.00 - 3.00 pm: KIDS DANCE - Mixed styles with emphasis on Street Jazz for the little ones. They'll love it, mumma & papa.

Age Group: 4 to 9 years

6) 3.15 - 4.15 pm: BOLLYWOOD DANCE - Freestyle dancing on your favourite Bollywood music. Let the party begin!

Age Group: 12 to 60 years

7) 4.30 - 5.45 pm: LATIN SOCIAL DANCE (Salsa, Bachata, Zouk) - Stylish, Classy, Fun... It's Latin! Dance solo or with a partner.

Age Group: 16 to 60 years

8) 6.00 - 7.00 pm: BELLY DANCE - Not just with the belly, learn to be stylish with your arms, your hips, your legs, the whole body. Men too!

Age Group: 12 to 60 years

LEVEL: OPEN LEVEL - For Beginners as well as the Experienced.

NOTE: You can attend ALL or some of the above workshops, if you like.
