Black & White Presents PLATTER Curated by Food Talk India

Come enjoy comfort fare with a menu derived from recipes collected during travels with a 5 course meal paired with Black & White 12 Year Old cocktails by Chef Sadeev Pasricha and his team at Dear Donna, Delhi.


Distilled in Scotland with sweet grain spirit and fine malt whisky sourced from Speyside and the Highlands, the blend is resplendent with fresh apples, oranges and floral aromas.

About the Restaurant

A modern day interpretation of a Victorian romance, Dear Donna takes inspiration from the era of refined sensibilities where gathering over a leisurely meal spread over courses, fuelled on by tipples and conversations was commonplace. Located in the lush settings of the ridge and envisioned like the home of an old friend, each room at Dear Donna serves a different purpose with a distinct vibe.

About the Chef

A rising young force on Delhi’s culinary scene, Chef Sadeev Pasricha is the Executive Chef of Dear Donna. Fondly known as the “Manbunchef”, his composed demeanour is in stark contrast to his skills in the kitchen, which are bold and forward thinking. As a culinary artist, he stands by the philosophy of zero-waste, which is an integral part of both his career and his personal life, and is so reflected on Donna’s menu.
