Design your Future: Introduction to Design Thinking & Innovation Process
The world today is extremely volatile and dynamic and to stay in the game, you need to be a step ahead. You can do this by anticipating the future by looking at the trends of today, being empathetic to the needs of the market you are serving and the have intent to solve problems otherwise deemed to be unsolvable/wicked. This presentation/workshop illustrates how you can be the designers of the future irrespective of the line of the profession you choose.
About Dolly Parikh Dolly is a Design Consultant and Coach living in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley. Currently, she is a User Experience Design Strategist for Hyperloop Transportation Technologies and Medallia. In the past she has worked with Apple, PayPal, E*TRADE, Automation Anywhere and her design firm, Aloki supports many other companies providing ongoing design support. She has experience supporting business and organizations of various sizes to deliver product and service solutions using processes from design thinking and innovation management. During her engagement, she supports the teams to define their product design strategy from concept to execution. She brings the user perspective on the table to help identify triggers, intent, motivations and challenges in their journey. Dolly received MBA in Design Strategy from California College of Arts, CA and an undergraduate BFA from Baroda Fine Arts, India.
