- Tickets are non-transferable, non-returnable, and non-replaceable.
- Only one ticket, one entry per person, is allowed. Re-entry on the same ticket is not allowed.
- Ticket charges are exclusive of GST.
- No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, are allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue, and no refund will be made.
- Diamond Parks will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused to you in the park.
- Any claims regarding the same would be settled in Pune's jurisdiction.
- People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
- Smoking is prohibited in all Park areas, except in designated smoking zones.
- Outside Liquor / food & beverages are not allowed inside the park.
- The Park reserves the right to click photograph, videotape, or record visitors for promotional purposes.
- Visitors are welcome to take personal photographs or videos for non-commercial purposes, as long as it does not disrupt the experience of others.
- Kids under the height of 2.5 feet are admitted free of charge. Kids between 2.5 feet – 4 feet in height will be eligible for a child ticket. Kids having height above 4 feet will be considered as adults.
- Only children up to the age of 12 with a maximum height of up to 152 cm are allowed to play in Hop A Little.
- Socks are compulsory to play in Hop A Little. If not carried, socks are available for kids in our shop section.
- Proper swimsuit made from Lycra, Nylon or synthetic material is necessary to enjoy water attractions.
- No wet cloths are allowed to enjoy adventure activities. However, shoes are mandatory in the adventure park section.
- Alcohol will be served in accordance with the relevant government rules and regulations.
