About the Event

Diksal waterfall is located close to Bhivpuri station. A one hour trek from Bhivpuri railway station takes you to this waterfall which stands tall at about 115ft. The easy graded trek gives plenty of panoramic views of the surroundings. We get to walk beside the Dhom dam while crossing a small water stream. This short trek is one of the most scenic treks that can be done easily by all age groups.


The waterfall lies just below a small village known as Sagachi wadi. The famous Garbett point trek can be done via this route from the village. On the top of this village, the beautiful Matheran range can be seen.

Itinerary
Meeting Point: 06:30 am: Dadar East Pritam Dhaba.
Pickup points:
07:00 am: Chembur,Yogi hotel.
07:30 am: Vashi,Main Bridge.
08:00 am: Kalamboli,Mc D.
09:00 am : Reach Bhivpuri,Have breakfast followed by a short briefing regarding the trek route.
We travel till the waterfall patch together.
10:00 am : A short 1hr trek till the waterfall location begins.
11:00 am : Reach the waterfall location, spend some time at the waterfall.
11:30 am : Proceed for a small 40 min trek at Sagachi wadi for lunch.
12:00 pm-01:30 pm : Freshen up and lunch.
02:00 pm-03:30 pm : Wrap up and return journey to Bhivpuri.
05:00 pm : Reach back to Dadar.

Transport from Dadar to Dadar.
Breakfast,Light trek snacks.
Lunch. (veg/nonveg)
Evening Tea.
Safety and First Aid.
Mapping Journeys team along with.(Basic and Advance Mountaineering certified from N.I.M.A.S, First aid certified from St John Ambulance, Mumbai)
