Terms and Conditions for DinoVerse:

By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. Nexus Seawoods Mall, managed by Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to amend, modify, or interpret these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Decisions made by the mall management are final and binding.

Agreement to Terms: By purchasing a ticket, visitors agree to abide by all event rules and terms set forth herein, as well as any amendments made by Nexus Seawoods Mall.

Ticket Purchase and Policy: Tickets must be purchased via Paytm Insider or at the venue through digital payment methods. Cash payments are not accepted. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Ticket Entitlements: Each ticket allows entry for one child accompanied by one adult. Your ticket T&C covers the inclusions for the category of pass. Separate tickets are required for additional activities such as workshops, games, and photo booths.

Entry Requirements: Visitors must present valid ID proof along with their ticket at the entrance. Entry is subject to verification, and Nexus Seawoods Mall reserves the right to deny entry without explanation.

Wristbands and Re-Entry: Wristbands issued at the gate must be worn throughout the event. Wristbands will be removed upon exit, and re-entry is not permitted.

Age Restrictions: The event is suitable for children aged 3 years and above. Children below 3 years of age will not be allowed entry.

Workshops and Supervision: Workshops are exclusively for participating children, with one parent/guardian allowed to accompany each child. While event staff will assist, parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s safety at all times. Nexus Seawoods Mall will not be liable for any incidents involving unsupervised children.

Sensory Advisory: The event features loud noises, flashing lights, and animatronic installations that may not be suitable for all children. Visitors are advised to consider this before purchasing tickets. Nexus Seawoods Mall is not liable for adverse reactions.

Fossil World Exhibit Rules: Touching, damaging, or removing items from the Fossil World exhibit is strictly prohibited.

Food and Beverage Policy: Visitors are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into the event area.

Lost Items: Nexus Seawoods Mall is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Visitors should secure their valuables.

Compliance with Rules: Visitors must follow all instructions and event rules provided by Nexus Seawoods Mall staff. Non-compliance may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Event Modifications: Nexus Seawoods Mall reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event or its activities due to unforeseen circumstances, with no obligation for prior notice.

Code of Conduct: Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of these terms may result in expulsion from the event without refund. Visitors are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.

Liability Disclaimer: Nexus Seawoods Mall and Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Final Authority: All decisions by Nexus Seawoods Mall regarding the event, including interpretation or modification of these Terms and Conditions, are final and binding.
