1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment
3. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry 
4. Please note that Dandiyas will be available for free only for the first 300 people entering the arena. This is strictly on first come first serve basis. Free Dandiyas not for kids.
5. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.
6. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation
7. Rights of admission reserved.
8. All the people above 12+ years of age will be considered under Adult category and below this age group will be considered under Kid category.
9. Ticket for Single will be applicable only for the Single entry. It will be inclusive of Entry to Dandiya Arena. Also, Dandiya pair will be provided for the first 300 people on first come first serve basis. Please carry a government-valid ID proof while coming for the event.
10. Ticket for a couple will be applicable only for the couple entry. It will be inclusive of Entry to Dandiya arena. Dandiya pair will be provided to the first 300 people on first come first serve basis. Please carry a government-valid ID proof while coming for the event.
11. Ticket for a group of 4 will be applicable only for 4 people in a group. It will be inclusive of Entry to Dandiya arena. Dandiya pair will be provided to the first 300 people on first come first serve basis. Please carry a government-valid ID proof while coming for the event.
12. Ticket for a Kid will be applicable only for a kid`s entry above 5 to 12 years of age. It will be inclusive of Entry to Dandiya arena.
13. Gates will be open from 6.00 p.m. onwards.
14. Any other charges applicable e.g. food stalls or flea stalls etc are exclusive of the ticket purchased.
15. Organizers won`t be responsible for your personal belongings. Please carry it safely.
16. People creating a public nuisance will not be entertained at the event venue and strict disciplinary actions will be taken against them.
17. Liquor and smoking inside the arena are strictly prohibited if found disciplinary actions will be taken against them.
18. Bring kids at your own discretion considering the loud music and crowded venue. Organizers will not be held responsible for the same.
19. It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms.
