Dungeons & Dragons

We’re playing Dungeons & Dragons all day! It’ll be multiple DMs at different tables, each with an TRPG of their choosing.

Doesn’t matter if you are a new player or experienced one, we’ll sort out which table and which DM based on what people prefer. The idea is for people in the TPRG community to meet and play a one-shot over the course of several hours.

Keyforge Tournament

We’re organizing a sealed-deck tournament of the competitive card game - Keyforge. Every game will use a new, unique deck for you and your opponent.

The tournament will be in the Adaptive Sealed-Deck format, where players open brand new decks (provided by us) and play best-of-three rounds. The second round players swap decks, and the third round (if there is one), players will bid Chains for the deck of their choice.

We've got copies of the game for you to practice at our Wednesday and Thursday meetups this week as well.

Board Games

We’re also going to have some bigger, meatier games available for people to play. Games like Mansions of Madness, Eldritch Horror, Tapestry, Scythe, Architects of the West Kingdom, Dead of Winter, etc. We have dozens of new games since our last weekend event, so do drop by!

Pricing

We are trying out staged pricing for this event, to encourage people to buy tickets earlier so we can plan better. The trouble with keeping tickets the same price up until the day of the event is that people will only buy them last minute, which makes it challenging for us to manage logistics if we don't have an estimate of how many people are coming.

With the staged pricing, we start with tickets at a slight discount, and then increase prices every week - with the hope that people are incentivized to buy early.
