After all the troubles and drama of 2020, let’s welcome the new year dedicated to our Furry Covid Heroes. They have been with us through all the stressful times last year and been our real support system. Our furries made our work-from-home and stay-at-home year so much better just by their pawsome presence in our lives.

Legend has it that the Jade emperor was hosting a party and claimed that whoever arrived first would hold a spot in the Chinese zodiac.

The Monkey, Rooster and Doggie were in another country helping a God defeat evil spirits. They arrived at the same time to the party and the Jade Emperor went by the order they met the god in the other country. The Doggie was crowned the 11th sign of the zodiac.

For us Doggie Republic people Doggies are our #1 zodiac and every year is the Year of The Doggie. What better way than to celebrate the start of this wonderful year to-be with our precious doggies!
