After the demo, the participants will be given salad ingredients, and plating techniques will be taught by the Chef.
Chef Melvin D’souza has been trained by Michelin star chefs and has been in the food industry for 21 years. His repertoire is pan-Asian & neo-European, and he has worked with Raymond Blanc in the UK, and Moshe’s in the past.
