2. Please authenticate your ticket at the entrance of the venue.



3. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded



4. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment



5. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry



6. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation



7. Rights of admission reserved



8. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer



9.Any damages caused to the venue premises or any property within the event area will be the sole responsibility of the individual who caused the damage.



10.Organizers, agents, officers, employees, etc. shall not be held responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs incurred during or as a result of the event.



11. Outside food and beverages are not allowed at the venue.



12. The ticket holder agrees to indemnify and hold the organizers, their representatives, and associated parties harmless against any costs, claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including professional fees) that may arise due to any breach of the event terms and conditions by the ticket holder. This includes but is not limited to, any warranties, representations, and undertakings provided by the ticket holder.



The organizers will not be considered in violation of our obligations if any delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances may include but are not limited to, acts of God, explosions, floods, fires, accidents, war or threat of war, terrorism or threat of terrorism, sabotage, civil disturbance, pandemics/epidemics, or any prohibitions or measures imposed by governmental, parliamentary, or local authorities.



13. This includes but is not limited to, any warranties, representations, and undertakings provided by the ticket holder.
