Velvett Homestays invites you for an art getaway, where you get to create your next masterpiece, amidst nature.

The workshop will entail three small experiments, to understand hand and eye coordination, an explanation on how one uses these exercise in their daily life and how they can be applied in art. The workshop will include all meals, supplies and equipment, with rooms that will be assigned on twin sharing bases.

Vijaya Kalyan is an artist whose passion for art is apparent in the colours. Colour has always been an important aspect of her works. Kalyan's style of work is all about spontaneity and finding the inherent rhythm of life. She begins with loose and thin under paints of color and shapes. She then allows the texture and image to evolve and grow as she paints and reacts to each color and texture continuously building with purely non-representational manner. Each painting achieves a visual balance and rhythm, which in turn creates total love of harmony and color.
