The Gig Week is an annual music festival that travels across Delhi, showcasing some of the best, edgiest and most loved acts from across the country. Over one week, we're hosting seven shows, featuring 21 stellar artists spanning across all your favorite genres. Your average week could be #SoMuchMore. This particular show will feature:

MojoJojo

MojoJojo is the 26 year old DJ/Producer, Akshay Johar, who produces ‘bass heavy’ music and is instantly recognizable because of his fine handlebar moustache and distinctive brand of crossover music. Having clocked nearly a 100 gigs in just a year’s time, including opening for acts like Zomboy, Dismantle and Dbridge, the Delhi producer has garnered major traction in the electronic music space, with nearly 50,000 plays on social media.

Bombay Bassment

Bombay Bassment is a four-piece hip-hop/drum n bass band from Mumbai, formed in 2010. The group is an urban outfit made of two Goans, one South Indian and one African. This mix of artists from diverse backgrounds has led to a sound that defines the grass roots of each, the outcome of which is an upbeat blend of hip-hop, rap, reggae, funk, and drum ‘n bass.
