About Pooja Dhingra: Pooja Dhingra is the founder of Le 15 Pâtisserie and Studio Fifteen Culinary Centre in Mumbai. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, she brought a piece of that world to India through her delectable desserts and a beautiful cafe. She is a dynamic businesswoman and inspiration to women - she was selected by Forbes India for their 30 under 30 achievers list for 2014 and the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia list.
About Neha Sethi: Neha graduated from the Wharton School of Business was an investment banker with Bear Sterns right after college. After working in the field for a year she realized she did not like finance, which led her to make the switch from banker to baker and open up Sweetish House Mafia. She does not have any formal training in baking but has been passionate about it since her younger days.
About Jharna Thakkar : Jharna Thakkar is a hospitality, travel and lifestyle writer. After training to be a chef―baking for Mocha and cooking for Indigo―she folded away her whites to take on the keyboard at the Indian Express, Hindustan Times, Conde Nast Traveller, Time Out and Mumbai Mirror. Currently, she portions her time into freelance writing, cooking Goa sausages by the kilo and pickling seasonal vegetables.
