Festival Dates and Venues: KASHISH 2023 will be held June 7 - 11, 2023 at Liberty Cinemas (next to Bombay Hospital, Marine Lines) and June 8 - 10, 2023 at Alliance Française de Bombay.

Both the venues are within 5 min walking distance.

Liberty Cinema:

June 7th - Begins at 6.30 pm - Ends 11.30 pm

June 8, 9, 10, 11th - Begins 9.30 am - Ends 11.30 pm

Alliance Française de Bombay:

June 8th - Begins 10.30 am - Ends 5.00 pm

June 9th - Begins 10.30 am - Ends 9.00 pm

June 10th - Begins 10.30 am - Ends 5.00 pm

Entry to festival venues: Festival Entry is ONLY for pre-registered Delegates who have obtained a Festival Pass by registering online on Paytm Insider, or by filling out the Delegate Registration Form at an offline venue. Entry at both the venues will be allowed only with a valid Festival Pass.

Minimum age: Delegates must be ABOVE 18 YEARS OF AGE on June 1, 2023, to attend the festival screenings. Please carry a photo ID and age proof for verification.

VARIOUS PASSES ON OFFER:

A nominal registration fee has to be paid towards the Festival Pass.

PLEASE NOTE This registration is ONLY meant for the On Ground festival screenings at Liberty Cinema and

Alliance Française de Bombay. It doesn’t give access to the Online festival.

There are different options, please read through carefully:

a) FULL-FESTIVAL PASS: Rs. 1499 - for general delegates that allows you to watch screenings at both the venues. Valid at both the venues for all days, for all film screenings and panel discussions, including opening and closing night ceremonies. (Earlybird Discount available at Rs.999 till May 20, 2023)

b) DISCOUNTED FULL-FESTIVAL PASS (for Students, Senior Citizens and Alliance Française de Bombay Members): Rs. 799 This is only for bonafide Students studying in a college/institute who are 18 and above, Senior Citizens (60 years and above), and Alliance Française de Bombay members with an active membership card.

This pass is valid for all shows at both venues. Carry ID proof when you collect the delegate pass at the festival.

If your student / senior citizen / AFB membership card is found not valid, you have to pay the full fees.

Entry at Alliance Française de Bombay to Alliance Française registered students and members is free only at AFB. They have to register for above discounted pass if they want to watch films at Liberty Cinema too.

c) DISCOUNTED FULL-FESTIVAL PASS (for Trans* persons): Rs 599 – discounted for Trans* identifying persons. Valid at both the venues for all days, including opening and closing night.

d) WEEKEND PASS : Rs.999 – valid at both the venues for the WEEKEND ONLY.

This pass is valid from 9.30am on Saturday June 10th till 11.59pm on Sunday June 11th at Liberty Cinema;

and from 10.30am to 5.00pm on Saturday June 10th at Alliance Francaise de Bombay.

Please note there is no screening at Alliance Française de Bombay on Sunday June 11th.

e) DAY PASS : Rs.499 - Valid for 1 day of the festival. You can buy single Day Pass on the days of the festival you want to attend. Pick the day you want to attend in the drop down menu.

Collect your Festival Card: Your festival pass can be collected ONLY at Liberty Cinema during these dates and timings:

June 6 -7th Liberty Cinema – 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm

June 8 -10th Liberty Cinema – 9.00 am to 8.00 pm

June 11th Liberty Cinema – 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Vaccination certificates, and if necessary ID proof, have to be shown at the counter while collecting your pass.

First Come First Serve: Delegate Pass does NOT guarantee seating which is strictly on a First Come, First Served basis. Please arrive 30 min before a program to ensure you are seated well in time.

Spot Registrations: For those who are unable to book online, there will be a facility to register at Liberty Cinema. You can pay cash, or credit/debit card or GPay/Paytm, etc.

Timings for Spot Registrations are:

June 6 -7th Liberty Cinema – 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm

June 8 -10th Liberty Cinema – 9.00 am to 8.00 pm

June 11th Liberty Cinema – 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Above Tickets are ONLY for the On-Ground physical festival at Liberty Cinema and Alliance Française de Bombay.

For the online festival passes will open soon on our online platform.
