Chef Pratik Kuckreja

A graduate in Hotel Management and Catering Operations from The Park Hotels, Chef Pratik went on to specialise in patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, London. He has worked with prominent brands such as Hotel Sahara Star, in Mumbai, Hotel Vatel in France (scholarship) and The Park Hotels. He is currently the Chef-owner at Fat is Flavour, Mumbai, which is popular for their chocolate soil among other delicacies.
