Earthy Grains Artisan bakery in collaboration with Odd fellow Brews brings you an insightful session on the Gut-brain connection.
The session will include the following topics :
- What is Health and Fitness to you?
- Preservatives and their effect on the body
- Sugars & Carbs (gut microbiome point of view)
- Types of Microbes - the good, the bad and the ugly
- Fermentation as the Bridge to better Health (along with types of ferments & sourdough)
Followed by a demonstration of fermenting summer vegetables for everyday use and kombucha tasting.
