This is Pune's First Largest And Most Unique event to be held for Health and Fitness Enthusiasts who want to spend the entire day learning to be healthy and fit. The event comprises of speakers who have ran Marathons,are Health practitioners , climbed the Mt.Everest , and are fitness gurus for decades.
The Event is for the Youth , Corporate Execs , Senior Citizens and Women .
You can attend just one session or take a day pass depending on your time and budget to learn.
Dr. Sujata Kelkar Shetty - An ICF Certified Life coach Dr. Shetty assists people in regaining their health and finding their bliss by combining her training Coaching with her expertise in wellness.
Mahindra Gokhale -A Fitness trainer for the Mumbai Indians team in the IPL (Indian Premier League). Mr. Gokhale has a decade long rich experience and expertise in the areas of health, fitness and sport.
Rajashree Tupe - Rajashree is the founder of Shriyog Institute in Pune, India and one of the senior disciples of Guruji BKS Iyengar with a passion to share with every person the true pulse of Yog.
Anagha Pathak - An art of living teacher, Anagha is Trained in Behavior Management techniques as counselor and psychotherapist.
Aparna Prabhudesai - Aparna at 47 years, is an entrepreneur by profession, an avid marathoner and a mountaineer by vocation; and a community worker by choice.
Dr. Anand Gangwal - Lecturer and Post Graduate Guide at the Sancheti Hospital in Pune, Dr.Gangwal is known for his expertise in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
Dr. Manisha Doiphode - In practice for the last 13 years,Dr. Manisha has the expertise in amniocentesis, Chorionic Villus biopsy and Genetic counseling.
Dr. Mitali Uphadye - A strong and ardent believer in the power of our subconscious mind, she deals with issues of behavioral problems in children, marital discords, problematic relationships, depression, low self-esteem, Anxiety disorder.
Taru Mateti - 45 Medals and 15 trophies for running, close to 40 prizes for badminton, Taru has completed a 50K Ultra in under six hours at the Pune Ultra Marathon and also a Duathlon besides many other runs across the country.
Prasad Patil - A life wellbeing coach who runs 6 full marathons every year,he is trainer & social entrepreneur,who is known for his extremely high energy cheering high fives to every possible runner on the running courses.
Kishor Dhankude - Professional Mountaineer, Runner, Cyclist & Coach.
